Light flash s/p AVR: May have had mild ischemia to ophthalmic artery/eye during surgery or it could be that tie flash /floater just happened at the same time and is unrelated .Would go to an optometrist /ophthalmologist to look into your eyes at the vitreous gel for detachmen(no big deal)t, any retina issues ,ophthalmic flow can be assessed by doppler Have also seen asymptomatic sinusitis cause floaters . f/u/ w/
