Abdominal pain: Not all stomach pain with diarrhea are from food poisoning. Other infection.inflammation and intra abdominal pathology may present like this. I think you need to be examined by a professional.

Food poisoning: Treatment for food poisoning consists of light diet and good fluid intake. Flat ginger ale settles nausea and kaopectate (kaolin and pectin) as needed controls diarrhea. Some irritability of the intestinal tract may continue after the diarrhea resolves,but if symptoms persist much longer and especially if diarrhea recurs, evaluation by your physician is indicated and stool cultures to check for pathogens are ordered
