Spine consult: You need a referral to a spine surgeon for X-rays of your spine to rule out vertebral fracture common in your age group and also a bone spur that can irritate the spinal nerve running from your spine to your bicep=radiculopathy. SSRIs and gabapentin good for this pain but if you have weakness surgery may be indicated for a herniated disc or compressed nerve. Stay calm and see spine surgeon.
