I had a urine test. it showed the urine was cloudy & the squamous epithelial cell count was abnormal (>50/lpf abnormal) what could this mean?

Dr. Henry Ng answered

Contamination : When there are more than 5 to 10 squamous epithelium cells per high-powered field that means a urine sample was contaminated with skin cells. Any type of culture of the urine will demonstrate the presence of skin bacteria.
