Does amytriptiline 25mg make anxiety symptoms worse? when i was on 12.5mg i didn't experience much symptoms compared to now that the dose is 25mg. :(

Not exactly: Amitriptyline itself does not typically increase anxiety directly. However, it can sometimes cause increases in heart rate or irregularities in heart rhythm that can make individuals feel anxious. Talking to the prescribing doctor would helpful to rule out any cardiac side effects.
