Probably: The best evidence of the relationship of your symptoms to your drinking is the history you give, but i can also think of a way to justify it. Amitriptyline is a tca and 25 mg is a very low dose. We have shown that, with ssris, even moderate alcohol use can interfere with its effectiveness, and i would suspect the same is true for amitriptyline. Consider drinking less or not at all.
