Yes, with some tests: Buproprion can show up as methamphetamine on routine drug screens. Tell the agency/person/department doing it that you are on it and they can do a more specific test that won't confuse the two. This works, unless you are on methamphetamines too! See http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/21191682 where Gas chromatography could differentiate between the two.
