There can be false positive results which appear on toxicology screens secondary to prescription medications and laboratory errors. Discuss results with your doctor, and if necessary and vital, repeat study while placing your regular medications on hold if this is safe for you.

Were these the results of a screening test? If yes, you should ask for confirmation by Mass spectrometric method. Screening tests are purposely set at high sensitivity and sometimes lack specificity. Visit this site for information: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/2253446/
