Citalopram: citalopram (Celexa) may cause a false positive result on certain types of drug tests for amphetamines, as can bupropion. Doctors rely heavily on these tests (and have to by law) to treat ADD/ADHD, so potential for false-positives can be a very difficult situation. It is ultimately up to the prescribing doctor, but a re-test with a different assay is often performed.

Not uncommon: Vyvanse is lisdexamfetamine and converted to dextroamphetamine so it would not be unusual for your urine lab tests to show positive for methamphetamine. It is largely excreted by urine and almost half as amphetamine-related compounds.
