I have some concerns: According to your medication list, you are on three ssris, and were on bupropion as well? In addition to both Buspirone and valium? I have a great deal of concern about this polypharmacy. There is no known discontinuation syndrome for bupropion, so it should not be an issue, but i would strongly suggest a second opinion about this level of treatment - 3 ssri's are not, in my opinion, rational.

Do not stop abruptly: Stopping bupropion abruptly may result in the following withdrawal symptoms: irritability, nausea, dizziness, vomiting, nightmares, headache and parasthesias. The cautious way is to taper gradually down 50mg per week. Rec.: see your prescribing physician for medication adjustment.

Wean slowly: It is always better to wean slowly from anti anxiety/antidepressant medication rather than cold turkey. I suggest switching to 75 mg tablets for 2 weeks then stopping Wellbutrin (bupropion)
