If the stress test-: -was negative, you may have exerted yourself beyond usual for you and it's just like a runner who feels like that after a competition, as that is essentially what the stress test is for. As long as you're heart was fine, you got the information that a stress test is done for. Or I should say you're doctor did.

Confusing info...: Having to stop exercise after only 4 minutes because of these symptoms usually would not be considered normal and suggests impaired exercise tolerance (assuming the standard treadmill test, the Bruce protocol). But if quite obese, 4 min maybe OK. Perhaps "passed" means the cardiac echo didn't find an abnormality in your heart images (?). This is something to discuss with your doctor. Good luck!

See physician: What is your hemoglobin a1c? If your diabetes is uncontrolled you could be dehydrated. Elevated blood sugar can cause sugar to be excreted in your urine and fluids will follow leading to dehydration. Also you could have gastroparesis that causes your food to be slowly digested. This occurs when your diabetes affects the nerves to stomach slowing down digestion. Also check your gallbladder.
