Why does ventricular outlet valves not require chordae tendineae?

Different structure: The aortic and pulmonic valves are the ventricular outlet valves. Their shape is different form the ventricular inlet valves. The are a more solid structure with 3 leaflets that close after systole. If you look at google images of the aortic valve and the mitral valve you can see the difference.

I had an echocardiogram today and just received my results back. I am very concerned and wondering how worried I should be. Findings include: Low normal left ventricular ejection fraction (est. 50%), and aortic valve trileaflet with mild thickening?
Preserved left ventricular systolic function with ejection rate of 55-60%. Also trace regurgitation in mitral valve and tricuspid valve. I wont be hearing from the doctor until monday or tuesday and i am trying to figure out what those results mean?
