RLQ pain: May be ovaries, kidneys (stone) appendix, ileitis Consider urine studies, CT of abdomen. If has been done and all negative ,no cysts, no chronic , appendicitis, no stones, no UTI, consider vaginitis as mycoplasma and ureoplasma- normal vaginal flora can cause vagintis when there is overgrowth, or may be nerve irritation, check MRI LS spine also consider sports hernia , gas, f/u/ w/doc
