Was previously on fish oil prescription of 4 1gram pills per day. now taking over the counter fish oil, what dosage at how many pills is the same?

Good quality: marine fish oil has many research-based benefits. It makes the platelets silky so if you are on a blood thinner consult w/doc. Some folks take 6-8 caps daily under supervision.
