Yes: A little bit of blood tinged stuff or small blood clots can be expected in the 1st couple of weeks. But if you suffer from profuse bleeding , contact the surgeon immediately. Unless the nasal spray is prescribed by the surgeon, it may be a good idea to stop using it for a couple of weeks.
