May all be related: May all be related to the trigeminal neuralgia and also involve maxillary or some cutaneous nerves. A neurologist could best evaluate this.

Consult a Neurologis: A neurologist should check you and examine you. He/she is the one to confirm if you have trigeminal neuralgia which affects the 5th nerve but the pain is usally longer lasting than a few minutes.
