Dr i have a question to ask. can generic drugs be off by just a couple of milligrams? i noticed when i use to take tramadol the brand worked better.

Generic: The amount of medication is the same and this is regulated well. However there is a difference in the fillers to make the pills and that can influence how much of the medication is absorbed.
