Mgt: Does he have any other symptoms? A virtual inbox consultation may be booked online. If he is otherwise well and not experiencing any distress, many viral or bacterial illnesses may cause a fever. It should not be a prolonged fever though beyond typically 5 days. I would suggest closely monitoring his health, fever and keeping him well hydrated.
