Doxycycline given for sinus infection. i dropped 3 tabs down the drain (oops.) will taking 8 and a half days instead of the full 10 days still be ok?

Check with doctor: Although traditionally a 10-day course for acute sinusitis is prescribed for most abx, it may be ok if you have had complete resolution of your sinus symptoms after 81/2 days of treatment. It is however best to check with your doctor who knows more about your health condition.
