AAA: Prominent abdominal aortic pulsation may be seen in slender people or with hypertension even without AAA. Your abdominal complaints may be due to irritable bowel syndrome, gluten or lactose intolerance. A consultation with a gastroenterologist would be helpful for diagnosis and treatment.
