See a psychiatrist: a good psychiatrist, in person, whom you can relate wth and have good rapport. Online diagnosis and surfing the net looking for a diagnosis will make you more anxious, good luck

Adult autism: Please see a psychiatrist or neuropsychologist for diagnosis. Share w/the professional your concerns and he/she will help you identify and treat whatever may be going on. Congratulations on dealing w/this now. The sooner the better. Lots of reason to hope for a happy and fulfilling life. IF treatment is needed it MAY include therapy, education, and/or medication. Peace and good health.

See psychiatrist: I'm concerned about the OCD, feeling overloaded, and whatever else. Whether you have "autism" may be moot since despite all the hoopla, most of us think it's not really treatable and it's not something that could have been reversed with early intervention. You can get help managing your life situations, learn to adjust you thinking, maybe get medications. Big picture, not "am I autistic"? Cheers
