Not really: There are chromosomal disorders that have ASD and developmental delay as primary features, but that would be the only link. Di george syndrome and 22q11 syndrome, are two obvious examples.

No: There is no association where patients with ASD have increased frequency of autism. As mentioned, there are patients with both, but this random.
