A member asked:

Have joint pain in knee but feels like it is soft tissue no bone related?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Cartilage possibly: At your age, it is very common to have cartilage damage in the knee, either the articular cartilage that covers the bone or the mensical cartilage. Ligaments, swelling, the synovium (covering of the joint) and loose bodies are also common causes of knee joint pain.
