Best to avoid: It is best to avoid grapefruit products while on citalopram. If you drank one it would not hurt you but you would not want to drink it regularly

Yes, within reason.: Grapefruit is indeed a CYP450 (drug metabolizing enzyme in the liver) inhibitor. However, squirt is ~1% grapefruit juice and citalopram has minimal CYP450 related interactions. It is very unlikely that you would have problems, however; if you notice an increase in common side effects (e.g. dizzyness, nausea, headaches, diarrhea, tachycardia, etc.) dicontinue and contact your pcp immediately.
