Liver toxins: Isotretinoin and alcohol may affect the liver. Also, the Isotretinoin may create adverse reaction to alcohol consumption - similar to antabuse (disulfiram). It is generally recommended to avoid alcohol (or use in very small quantities) when using isotretinoin.

Don't recommend : Mixing Accutane ; alcohol could cause rapid heart rate, nausea/ vomiting, red /hot skin – flushing.
