I hit my casted arm really hard and now it hurts. it happened at 3 weeks and the pain started 3 days after i hit it. can it be displaced or refracture?

Hit arm in a cast: Unlikely unless the cast is damaged. The purpose of a cast is to keep the bones aligned to heal. Forces strong enough to damage the cast might cause the bones to move. Best recommendation is to contact your ortho - an x-ray is the easiest way to tell at this point.
