I might of swallowed a small amount of super glue as it could of been on the tape when i bit it off the tape roll will i be ok?

Likely OK: The amount of glue you describe seems tiny and I doubt it will have any effect at all. If you feel fine, I wouldn't worry about it. If you have any irritative symptoms, burning in throat, esophagus/chest, stomach; any chest or abdominal pain; nausea or vomiting, I would call Poison Control and ask for their guidance.
