At best a screening: Think about it. If you do, you'll see how unreliable it would be. Even with validated psychometric tests, experts differ often. Dx is seen by serious professionals is one of the greatest challenges. That said, once an experienced, well-trained pro does their 'thing' - they usually do have a good idea about the problems and best treatments.
