Text to 911 info.: Great question since most of us probably aren't aware of the latest FCC info. See: https://www.fcc.gov/consumers/guides/text-911-quick-facts-faqs My take is better to make a voice call if at all possible. Check with your wireless carrier to see if texting to 911 is available. Consider having your pcp on speed dial and see if he/she accepts text messages for an emergency. I hope this helps.
