See a dermatologist: These are very large to be a acne lesion unless you are describing clusters. Lesions of this size come from a variety of causes and should be investigated.. The derm can distinguish acne from an auto immune situation from infections. In the mean time cleanse them in warm soaks with and make an appointment.
