Vision changes: Color changes in your visual field are unusual. I recommend seeing an eye doctor - optometrist or ophthalmologist the next time that this happens and get a full evaluation.

Can't say : This might be something to ask your ophthalmologist. Certain medications can cause yellow vision and it might be what you take for the flu rather than the flu itself

Yellow vision: A yellow visual color may be a symptom of liver disease, and "flu symptoms" may in reality be symptoms of hepatitis. You should be checked with blood tests by a healthcare providers to rule out other kinds of illnesses.
