Cut 4 cm x 4 days : In general if a cut does not stop bleeding on it s own within 30 -60 minutes seek medical treatment to get it closed ,Normally we close cuts (and 4 cm is large) within 24 hours ,as the risk of infection is much higher after 24 hours. See a doc/urgent care today if still bleeding may close it enough to stop the bleeding and may need antibiotic.
