Post op bleeding: Fibroid surgery can cause vaginal bleeding if the tumor(s) invaded the endometrial lining. A hemoglobin of 11.3 is not dangerous, but if the bleeding persists and the hemoglobin drops more, and you have symptoms of anemia, your surgeon may need to do additional treatment to stop the hemorrhage.
