Nerve related issue: Given the symptom of warmth rushing into your foot and extending into the three right toes it is possible that this is related to a nerve problem. Nerves can become compressed in the foot with certain activities or shoes. I would recommend following up with a Foot and Ankle Specialist to evaluate you closely.
