Give it time: It takes a few days for BV symptoms to clear up with treatment. Assuming you were treated with one of the usual antibiotics (metronidazole or clindamycin), the odor should start to improve soon. If no change after a week or so, contact the doctor treating you. In the meantime, don't worry. Even if you perceive your own odor, almost certainly those around you do not notice anything at all.
