Relax: You're a grown man so presumably you get checked for HIV maybe once a year. Everybody has a few palpable nodes in their neck; they're your friends. You may have met a minor virus of some sort and fought it off. You're entitled to have a few percent ayptical / reactive lymphs and be healthy. Relax and be thankful.
