Infection/inflammati: 21 y/o asks What causes swollen lymph nodes in the left neck side and high lymphocyte percentage? Most likely some infection/inflammation of tooth, gum, throat or Ear/nose/facial structure on that same side with lymph drainage to those swollen lymph nodes. Most likely appropriate antibiotics will take care of it. See PCP

See Oncologist : Swollen lymph nodes on one side with high lymphocyte count is worrisome it could be a serious illness sometimes even lymphoma or cancer. This type thing cannot be evaluated online you need to see a hematology oncology physician in person

Viral: With a high lymph count, a viral infection is more likely. However if the lymph node enlargement persists for more than a month without improvement, you need to get it checked out by your doctor. The finding against t his being a viral infection is the unilateral involvement.
