Pediatrician: You need to take her in to see her pediatrician. If she is that uncomfortable something is wrong. You don't mention her age, but i'm assuming she is a young infant.

Feed her: You can feed her through the diarrhea, as long as she is urinating, and her lips and eyes are moist. If you suspect she is dehydrated because she hasnt peed in 8-12 hours, you might have to switch to pedialtye and try to get fluids into her that way. If her losses with pedialyte are greater than her intake, no urine- she may need to go to the hospital to get an IV fluid.
