Hi, I have chronic migraine and sym of MS, neur said I don't have MS but prescribed Fampyra and no further testing and all the blood work were ok but still I get pins & needle pain electric shock pain along spine. What is wrong with me?
When I stand for any length of time, my knees and sides and front of my legs get red and hot. Not warm; hot. No swelling. No real pain other than the heat, which is uncomfortable. I have a history of MS, migraines and Reynaud's. Any ideas?

I have one brain lesion via an MRI. Neuro said its a migraine scar, i dont get migraines but do have many MS symptoms. Advice?
Does an MS lesion necessarily appear different from migraine? (7mm, white matter adjacent to cortex at parieto-occipital junction. Punctates too).
