Exam: There are a lot of possible causes of armpit pain. Without an examination it would be tough to venture a guess. If you do not typically have this pain with your previous menstrual cycles then it would be hard to say that it is related. Schedule a PCP and have then do axillary (armpit) exam as well as a breast exam.
