I am 26 i had a meniscus repair to the posterior horn of my medial meniscus last year new mri showes worse re tear/cyst within, what are some options?

Several options: If you aren't having any pain or symptoms, nothing needs to be done. MRI's after meniscus repair may not be completely accurate. If you are having pain, catching or locking, a repeat arthroscopic surgery can be done to either remove the tear or do a repeat repair.
