Not nexplanon: the nexplanon will not affect your urinary habits, whether it has been a year or a day. Urinary tract infections can cause fatigue, fever, stomach pain, nausea, frequent urination. You need to have your urine checked, and possibly labwork to rule out a deficiency that is making you tired. Also important i is how long you have had symptoms. Dr. appointment good idea.
