Not likely: Implanon now called Nexplanon is one of the most effective methods around. It is considered to be about 98% effective. Pregnancy is always possible but very unlikely. Why not take a home pregnancy test and ease your mind? Then schedule a visit with a doctor for an exam and to evaluate all of your different symptoms.
