Did you inhale long?: According to published data in pubchem and iris it seems that your exposure ( a single deep breath?) was light and you are quite a distance out from the expected toxicity. Unless the details of your exposure are different, the literature does not support toxicity.

Damage to the liver, kidneys, and lungs has been observed in animals acutely exposed to dimethylformamide by inhalation. You should see a doctor to check for liver damage. Avoid all intake of alcohol and tylenol (acetaminophen).
