12 weeks pregnant no heartbeat or baby on first ultrasound, had beta level checks no results till next week, should i be worried ?

What did they see?: We would need more details. Did they see anything on the sonogram? Was there a gestational sac seen inside the uterus? If so how big? Was a urine pregnancy done verifying that you are intact pregnant? At 12 weeks one would always see a clear pregnancy on sonogram. This indicated that if you are pregnant you are much earlier than 12 weeks. Follow up testing will be key to the evaluation.
