Blue ear wax: is very uncommon. My first thought would be something you put into your ear (? pen) colored the wax. I believe there are some unusual infections that could cause ear wax to appear bluish. Is there any pain? If it persists, I think this deserves a visit to an Ear, Nose and Throat specialist. I would make an appointment. Good wishes:)
