BP and HR: There could be a variety of reasons for having high blood pressure with high heart rate. Please kindly see your doctor to discuss , evaluate with blood tests and imaging studies as indicated to get to the right diagnoses. There are medicines that can lower blood pressure and heart rate.

Tachycardia: Consider using a betablocker like metoprolol or atenolol. A holter monitor and even an EPS study (electrophysiology study of the heart) may help figure out the cause of your tachycardia. Hopefully, you have also had an ECHOgram.
