Please clarify: You ask re " tulp" surgery - correct? or do you mean turp? Please clarify - there was a surgeon named Tulp painted by Rembrandt - I do not know of a procedure named after him- turp is transurethral resection of the prostate - if this is meant, it may take up to 6-8 weeks for improvement - consult with your surgeon he will likely reassure you - do not panic
