Extra tooth: It might be an extra tooth. So hard to say without being able to look at it or see a radiograph. I know your local dentist can tell you for sure. Make an appointment.

Tooth: It is possible to have a extra tooth. A dentist can tell you what is going on. They will do an exam with X-rays

Needs evaluation: May actually be an extra tooth, or a malposed tooth, or a bone spicule, or any one of a number of other problems. Your Dentist will need to examine you and probably take X-rays before being able to recommend the correct treatment.
