Mgt: I would advise seeing your PCP and having an EKG performed. Women often have subtle signs if they have cardiac problems. Reflux if you are otherwise healthy can be treated with medications and dietary adjustments. If you are experiencing extreme pain, difficulty breathing, then a visit to the ED is indicated.
